    Deceptive Advertising Alert: Similar to observations made by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discrepancy was noted even after viewing the advertisement on a Sunday--a day the dealership is closed, indicating no possible sales could have occurred. This situation strongly suggests deceptive marketing practices, which are in violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. The screenshot clearly shows the car VIN, Model and everything, including the Price, but when contacted, the car was sold on Sunday (even though they are closed).

    Old school scammy car lot. Their "no surprises" slogan is a campaign of nonsense. Without explaining my lengthy experience, I thought I'd list a few tips from what I've learned. I gave 3 stars because I never visited the location and did not purchase a vehicle. 1. You can get financing from banks like Capital One WITHOUT hurting your credit score. It does not take hours for financing terms. Capital One usually offers lower rates than dealerships, even on new cars (with the exception of 0% rates on a new car). At least get pre-approved before you head out, so you have something to compare their rate to. 2. Do NOT waste time visiting until you negotiate terms. They simply want to get you in and wear you down. I sent 27 emails about a vehicle and was told the vehicle was there. I better hurry in, right? I'm glad I was firm in negotiating online. The car was in need of repairs, had 100,000 miles more than advertised, and wasn't even available for purchase. 3. Pricing is a scam. This dealership expects you pay for their own advertising costs and this will inflate pricing. They wouldn't even tell me this cost! According to other buyers, it can be several THOUSAND DOLLARS in added fees. Could you imagine other businesses demanding this? Hey, Weisner, if you were a reputable business, your customers would simply return. Also, I found the car online. As a Realtor, I can't imagine scamming my customers with a $2,000 advertising expense at closing. 4. Reputable dealerships offer EVERYTHING online. We purchased our last 3 cars without stepping foot on the dealership lot. Most will deliver the car to you. If they can't offer that, there's a reason for it. For instance, customers want to return the vehicle after seeing the added expenses or the vehicles aren't as described when they're delivered.

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

Then I found Kings Automotive and Chandler, and everything changed! Even though Chandler couldn't personally inspect a car for me initially due to distance, he went above and beyond, offering invaluable advice and following up the next day. He spent a significant amount of time helping me identify potential cars based on my needs and shared his expertise on SUVs, which is what I was looking for. I hired Chandler for pre-purchase car search and inspection. He agreed to accompany me to dealerships to find and buy a car. He was amazing! Today we confirmed that we would meet at 9am at the first dealership. When I arrived, Chandler was already hard at work, inspecting the car when I arrived. He meticulously examined it, took a test drive, shared his knowledge as he pointed out items I needed to be aware of. Luckily, the car was in pretty good shape but he identified an issue with the lights, and even negotiated with the dealership to get it fixed. Thanks to Chandler, I secured a fantastic car in just one morning after searching for weeks. I was under so much stress from the process, but Chandler made it look easy, all with a wonderful smile on his face! Chandler is responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has a high degree of integrity and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic and car-buying assistance. He's a rock star!     The service this place has is very deceptive. I went in for a routine oil check (which they took an hour and 40 minutes to do) they then proceeded to quote me for 300 Dollar drive belts, a $300 cooling flush, a $500 valve cover gasket, and $3000 to remove and replace a suspension control arm. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.

    I took my commercial van to this location based on their comprehension estimate. It took 2 and1/2…read moremonths trying to get the funds to pay them. During that time the staff were hospitable, gracious, and understanding. Once I was able to pay for the parts, they took that payment but did not obtain parts nor begin work for nearly another two months. It took them 2 and1/2 months to get parts and complete the body work with partial and incomplete engine/motor system diagnostics and work. This company failed to do the work promised and billed nor did the keeo and provide me with the parts the allege to have replaced, although was a term for my acceptance of the job. They also refused to produce invoices for the parts they allege to have purchased and installed, as I requested. They also charged me an additional one thousand dollars. The owner made me a verbal offer to correct one deficit, but I told him I feared returning to them. Given the incomplete and poor workmanship, I was forced to go to another merchant as he suggested, due to my uneasiness. This business failed to comply with our signed agreement. Steer clear! Jesus said tell them of His love for them and leave this business to Him. I've done just that. I wouldn't give them even one star but the system requires it.
