Be aware...there is a sign posted NO REFUNDS. Wanted a human hair piece I feel like I made that perfectly clear. Gave a deposit, although she did not ask for one, was never given a total price. Waited 3 weeks went in the hair piece did not match AT ALL and she then kept insisting that I had done something to my hair color. I had my grey covered with the same color I have used for 5+ years. My hair still matched the pieces she matched my hair to in the shop. She gave me a magazine with hair color's in it told me to pick my color. Ended up leaving with a very outdated hair style that I do NOT like it is shorter than my own hair and is an OLD OUTDATED style.
