It is really easy to get to and is adjacent to the Leisure Centre car park. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about what they are serving this week it was mostly Theakston's Grousebeater, but there are a number of keg choices as well. The main concert room holds a reasonable amount of audience to provide a comfortable, cosy atmosphere, even when Big name performers are on, although it is always advisable to get there early. There are other rooms available downstairs and we had a nightly singaround in one very well-attended and competently run. The club itself is clean and well-looked-after. They do serve food at certain times, the usual mealtimes mainly, and it seems to be good, although I haven't sampled any yet.

Hi I am 13 years old and had a brilliant day with A.J at forest holidays…read more Our first activity was zipwire, me and a fellow member of the group were both scared of heights but A.J helped me and the other member go down without a big fuss. A.J helped the other member of the group by going down with him and after that he was excited to do it again and again. The next activity we had was archery again it was brilliant especially on safety and how encouraging he is. The best part of archery was when my mum got dead on the centre ( on the + ) My last activity was rifle shooting again A.J was really safety conscious ( which is reassuring so the whole group had equal respect) The rifle shooting was really cool because he had 4 different type guns which meant we could try each gun so we all had an equal chance of missing and getting it on target. Really good fun definitely would recommend it to anyone who likes outdoor adventure. A.J will inspire you, Elis

Visitors are already attending locally and from all over the world. On entering the wonderfully laid out reception area in the main building, there is a well laid out shop to the right. Walk further in and to the left is a cafe to the right is a lovely relaxing lounge area. Upstairs is a conference/resturant area. The owners Tom and Sharren are very helpful along with all the staff including the shooting tutors. This place is well worth a visit even like me you are not a shooter. Just looking at the decor is worth a visit.
