She said I should get a response in 2 days. That didn't happen. I keep calling the store and they said last week she would be in on Monday. That she would call me. That didn't happen. I was given the number for the main office it's the same one on the website. It's out of order! I keep calling and they keep saying she isn't in. That without approval of the main office they can't give refunds! I also bought a vape system there. I took it back to ask how to change the coil. They had issues with it too. The diagram in the directions was off. I got home and filled it and now it doesn't work! I talked to them about it and they said call the manufacturer! This place has no customer service at all! They take your money and sell garbage. Then play games waiting for you to give up. Find a place with customer service that values their customers. You won't find it here!

Unfortunately, I got my hopes up. It's more of the same. It's literally another carbon copy of every other shop like it, except with far less products. The store is fairly empty. Of what they do have an abundance of, the majority of it is old or outdated. Not to say that some of those items are not good, they just aren't the best. Good selection of the basic Eliquid brands. I like to buy something from every shop I visit but after seeing the prices I decided to just window shop. They aren't the worst prices around, but they definitely are not the best. I know this for fact because I have visited almost all of the other local shops. There are at least two shops (not naming) within a mile distance from this one that are worth traveling five more minutes for. I probably have high expectations for these types of shops but I visit them quite frequently and only a few have really impressed me, so now the bar is set and there is a standard to maintain. I will say that the worker was friendly. They talked to me just enough and then let me look around in peace without trying to shove things down my throat like some other shops I have visited. They also didn't make me feel bad for not buying anything. That's a plus. Overall, it's not a bad place if you are close by and in a pinch. But if you are willing to drive for 5 more minutes you will be much happier.

He lost that store hundreds in sales over a 4 or 5 dollar vape coil. As a store manager myself, I would have made the situation right out of my own pocket to maintain a loyal customer.
