The service 99% of the time is amazing that 1% are the employees that are no longer there. They have the largest selection of any store of this type in the area! This place is fantastic! I was visiting from the west coast and needed a few cigars. They have a magnificent walk-in humidor well stocked with everything from their own line of sticks to Cohiba's and Gurkha's. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helped me until my bag was full. They have lots of other inventory but I was super happy to find a great cigar shop on the fly! read more

I rarely write reviews but this place has gone above and beyond! I have purchased several vape batteries (the higher quality ones). Through no fault of theirs, my most recent purchase did not last a week. After testing the battery at the shop, they determined it to be faulty as well and exchanged the product without ANY hassle whatsoever. Other shops I have gone to will not exchange or replace a product, even if faulty, the moment you take it out the door. Not only do they provide stellar customer service here, I can say that despite other review I read, I found the selection to be quite large as well. I live in Chicago and none of the smoke shops I've been in have anything close to the selection here. I will continue to save my spending for when I come here and will be buying all my vape products here moving forward. I highly recommend this location!! read more

Recently I along with many fellow yelpers proceeded to do business here. The workers were unattentive and not very helpful. Their Juuls have 3 different prices and employees didn't answer what the price was. Also their mango pods are a rip off they're $30 when 2 packs of mint is 30. Should fix this. read more

They didn't have my rather uncommon brand of rolling tobacco, but had a second choice option. For rural Michigan they had a wide variety of tobacco (rolling, pipe, etc.), e-cigs, and water pipes. I will happily shop there next time I'm visiting the folks rather than heading to Kalamazoo or into Indiana for the only Yelp listed tobacconist within 20 miles of Jones, MI. read more

I'd go hear all the time but they sold my pops a defective vaporizer. He told them he wasn't sure about buying one because he was afraid of buying junk he couldn't return. They sold him one they recommended but two weeks later it quit. The manager didn't show much concern and told him to return it to the manufacturer. He feels really ripped off. We've found a better store but will have to drive a couple extra miles. Just fine with me. read more
