You can tell Alexis and Jocelyn really care about the birds and are both super knowledgeable and so nice and patient with answering a million questions. The shop is the best bird store in the area. It's clean and the birds look so nice and healthy. They also have the best selection of natural toys, perches, etc.

Later we noticed in the far room to the left right after walking in we realized, there was a whole other room with an assorted of different birds to include: Red rump Parakeets Love bird Cockatiels "Budgies" Australian Parakeets Canary's Finches The main area is where the Blue & Gold Macaws, Conures, and Caiques were. The staff were extremely helpful and were full of information, to help people determine what the best birds would be for them. Based on each bird species' temperament and needs. Had settled on getting a Green Cheek Conure; more specially a "Pineapple" color variation. The main staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring when it comes to the birds they own. As soon as we walked in we saw some many individual birds out of their cages, and saw staff holding the baby birds and socializing them other staff and customers. I was a fan of this place and I would come in here about once a month as we have three reptiles in…read morethe house that eat these. On an average once a week we place carrots and apples inside only to find out them dry up by the end of the month they stay at room temperature in our home and yet most of them are dry. I called the owner a few days ago, and I told him my dilemma because I was fed up after a year of dealing with dried up mealworms. He said he always lays them out in newspaper, which is false because I've encounter his Customer Service and he's OK although he's never laid him out. I also don't think that the count is right we used to get that 200 or 150 and they would be gone rapidly. We feed the gecko and the turtles once a week because they eat other things like fruits and vegetables. All I'm saying is that the math is not math and after he said, why am I repeating myself because I still could not find an answer so I had to keep asking her the different question it was almost like he got irritated and you know what they say when you're guilty you act out. I think I'm just going to go to another mom and pops. I'm over the headache.
