Checking the area, we found this hotel right next to the train station. The proximity to the major sights was too good to pass and the price for the room was really reasonable. The path to the hotel from the train station is very easy. Take a right out of the station and the hotel is located right on the next bloc. Escalators will take you to the lobby upstairs. Walk through the lobby door.... and here you are! The staff was super friendly and even though we arrived very early.... around 11 am.... they got us a room. I understand that European stand is an afternoon check in. But most hotel have been very accommodating. The bar looked very inviting and the path to the room easy. Remember European standard for sizes. If you are used to travel with large American size bags, the elevators and rooms are fairly small. So, you will have an issue.... trust me! We got to the room and it s a simple format with no amenities. There s a shower gel for the shower and sink soap. There are no tissue box or coffee/ tea station. This hotel has a small pool on the first floor and no gym. I understand they offer a nice breakfast buffet but we would rather find a nice bakery on the way to the sights.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite and oh-my-gosh the view is to die for. We stayed for only 4 nights as part of our 5-week European honeymoon and so far it has been the best hotel yet. The view, the staff, the hotel itself is unbelievably incredible! We will be coming back again for sure!

Chilled creamy soup(?): The flavors were really on-point, super creamy and the chips ontop and shaved truffle gave it great texture and aroma 4. Seabass: The skin on this eas perfectly crispy and the quinoa bits were crispy and the pickled onions were sweet and tangy 5: Diorama dessert: I was most looking forward to this but was disappointed by how simple it turned out to be. It was creamy and delicious, but I felt that the pastry chef's other creations were more interesting/unique, but what sold me was they made it specially for Dior Definitely recommend paying a visit if you visit the south of France!

The daily champagne breakfast buffet was delicious, offering everything we could possibly think of. The servers, front desk staff and room attendants were all very friendly and helpful. Our family shot a few games of pool each day just for fun. The stunning, red and white pool table is located near the lobby, across from a white grand piano. We listened to many talented guests sing and play the piano as we played pool. We also met other guests who were return visitors to the hotel. Boscolo exceeded our expectations. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet downstairs with plenty of options including pastries and charcuterie. As it was February, the pool was not available but understandable as it is winter. The gym is serviceable, but has limited equipment. The hotel location is away from the hubbub of Nice, which is great if you do not like street noise. But it does mean a drive or tram ride is needed to get to the main attractions in Nice. Still, I rate this as my favorite hotel stay in Nice because of its sea view.

I would say pastries are really good worth trying them. In the afternoon, they have a tea station by reception desk. They have different kinds of tea bags that you can make tea. There are restaurants in walking distance of this hotel. Also, there is a grocery store close by in case you want to purchase snacks.
