Michelle is an experienced bodywork. I'm so glad she has relocated to Hinton, and opened a practice here. I went for a 60 minute massage and asked for deep tissue. She did a great job, checking in with me regularly as she worked. Her practice is clean and calm and she definitely knows what she is doing. Highly recommend! read more

Hello and thank you for visiting Wildflower Massage & Bodywork.! I enjoy giving therapeutic massages massages and helping others manage their pain and stress levels. Both my mother and I have been Usui Trained Reiki Practitioners since 2001 and were one of the first to bring "Energy Healing" to the area. Barbara Auguilar is an LPN and has a natural gift for healing. Michelle Adair is a WV State licensed I have been practicing massage therapy for almost 8 years received my training from the Center of Massage in Asheville , NC. I learned a variety of massage styles to help be of service to those in need of pain management. We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Integrative Therapeutic, Aroma Touch, Cranial Sacral and Reiki. 30 minute sessions, 2 hour and 90 minute sessions. Gift Certificates. Energy Healing services such as Bio Mat sessions, Grounding Mat. Chakra Balancing. Usui Reiki, Animal Reiki, Bach Flower Essence consultations.

I spoke with a local woman that stops in for halo therapy twice a week, she said the salt cave helped her post COVID recovery and she can feel when she misses a week as her breathing becomes labored. For a single use I didn't feel much of a difference but it was enjoyable, relaxing and the environment is therapeutic. Staff is professional and communicative and there are several local soaps, salt lamps, aromatherapy, jewelry etc for purchase. Recommend booking a service early with halo therapy at the end for a memorable and unique experience.
