Especially during a time when many people are struggling to make ends meet... now I can't even afford my nearest thrift store and have to go somewhere far to get reasonable prices. I hope someone does something about these prices please. Also, if you are donating, please remove the tags because they will price it according to the tag which is disgusting. Even if the item is missing pieces, ripped, stained, they don't care they will charge according the tag. Another complaint I have is the removal of changing rooms. Because you can't return anything, you can only exchange. So customers are forced to try items on awkwardly in the isles. This is just plain ridiculous and obviously greedy. If you're gonna take away changing rooms, allow RETURNS, not exchanges. Simple.

They had some toys, body care items and great gifts for the vintage-lover in one's life. They also feature wares by local artists, which was my favorite feature of all. The shop owner was personable and available for any questions. Shops such as this often have high price points, but that was not the case at Ecclection. I look forward to returning when I have birthday and holiday gifts to purchase for gal pals.

Instead, they've inflated their prices like they're some trendy boutique in a bougie neighborhood. The greed is unreal--these are donations, yet they expect customers to pay more than retail clearance. And to top it off, they slap on tacky handwritten construction paper tags to justify their inflated "boutique" pricing. It's embarrassing and cheap-looking, especially for a store pretending to be upscale. The racks of clothing are too close together; it was almost impossible to navigate with a stroller or have 2 people in the same aisle at once. There is a separate room with books, games, and toys that is easier to walk through. I didn't see many of the brands others mentioned . It was a lot of Carter's and Cat & Jack stuff and mostly in fair to good condition. I did pick out a baby Gap sweater for $6, but when I went to pay, the credit card machine wasn't working. The woman who was working was very kind, but claimed that her machine didn't process cards with chips. The store does accept debit and credit cards, but my debit card with a chip seemed to pose a very puzzling problem. I considered going to the ATM next door, but hesitated bringing my baby into a vape shop. That just seemed weird. So I left the sweater behind.
