This realty is not a good realty to rent from. The homes are dirty and bug infested. If you like living in dirt and wouldn't mind sharing a house with roaches and other critters then this real estate is for you!! If anything breaks they won't fix it and if the appliances break they won't replace them. They are extremely unprofessional but act very courteous when you hand over money. They will evict you over the smallest things and the things they evict you for is not even on the lease and they won't give you any warnings first.
