Their location isn't the best, but how often do you physically visit your insurance company? They always give me lots of notice if there are any changes in cost to my insurance. Customer service is always excellent. A few years ago, my old beater kicked the bucket and I called State Farm to get an insurance estimate for a new car. After giving me the estimate, they called back a few minutes later and offered to reduce the insurance on my old beater (since it was not physically possible to drive it), until I got rid of it or bought a new car -- which saved me about $50 in insurance costs at the time. They were also very understanding when I accidently bounced a payment by $2 a few years ago (My bad!! lol). Our premiums also seem low compared to friends' insurance payments -- maybe because we've never had claims. State Farm is definitely the way to go if you have a clean record.

Stand back for 5 minutes and watch and listen to them. Why would anybody use this branch? Do you not understand that this is not normal? I've been to many of their branches and they all seem the same. Whether you have 50.00 or a mil in their system, you should feel good about banking with them. I can just imagine the manager of this branch.... the attitude shows first, at the counter. These employees DO NOT LIKE WORKING THERE. It's quite apparent.
