I hate using a kiosk at McDonalds to get a cheese burger. I hate it even more at a medical office. I doubly hate it when there are two people behind the kiosk who could check you in...buuutttt nooooo. The whole kiosk thing alone will keep me from ever returning. Now you wait in the aforementioned Greyhound bus station. Then they take you back to a room. Then an exam, then another crowded room to wait, then another room for another exam, then another room to wait, then another room for an exam. Finally you're done, you check out and you think you're going to get your paper prescription....buuutttttt noooooo. It's back out to the main Greyhound bus station waiting room where you have to wait for someone to be free to hand you your prescription so you can finally leave. Sorry, but this went south the second I walked through the door and just never got better.

They enjoy going to this location and say the quality of care is very good. I spend a lot of time in there waiting room. I will say it is top notch. It's a very large yet relaxing area. There are several comfortable chair, a coffee and tea station, one wall is floor to ceiling windows with a view of a courtyard filled with beautiful vegetation and the other wall features large screen TV that with HGTV playing.

Now, don't expect to get right away, Apparently with all the snow birds moving here, what used to only be 2-3 week waits, you are now 2-3 months. But they are worth the wait!!! They need to open another center in Mesa and fill it with more awesome Eyeball Docs likes Dr Vize.

He is functionally blind and deaf. Wrangling him to the different offices with different measurement machines can be quite the challenge. The entire staff in this facility is awesome. Our visits are on different days of the week and at various times of day. Very seldom do we see the same support staff. The process for the visit is well thought out and understood by all including the patients. Nonetheless, they are all always gentle, patient and supportive. In my 70 years, I have never encountered such a positive culture than I have here. Everyone is super helpful, seems to get along, and works as a cohesive team. I'll even go so far to say, that Bailey and Dylan, who share an office in Imaging, present as best friends. By any measure, a positive experience.

As a Pharmd it seems only logical that a doctor would explain true risks of a procedure over the sales people. Major red flag. Waited over an hour for a few tests and kept getting put back in the waiting room. It had been over an hour and a half for my "consultation" and I finally had to leave. This is only after witnessing 3 very high pressure sales encounters. The guy before me didn't even realize he was paying for the procedure until after the lady had him swiping numerous cards. The cherry on top was witnessing one employee yelling at the other.. probably took someone's sale.
