His office staff is flat out rude. Whenever you need refills you must call them a dozen times. He decided to take me off of some of my medications without knowing me, doing any tests or knowing anything about me. He forced me to choose between my sleeping medication and my anti anxiety meds even though I clearly need them both. He referred me out to all kinds of specialists who I'm sure he's getting some sort of kickback from. I hate this guy. I hate this practice. What an asshole. I don't usually write reviews about drs, but he's terrible and I want everyone to know. I started writing this review about a year and a half ago, and I never published it for fear of retaliation. About a year ago, Dr. Lozano dropped me as a patient right after I had a miscarriage and was calling for advice. He's such a jerk and I'm so thankful he dropped me because my new Dr is awesome. I wish I could give him 0 stars because that's what he and his practice deserve.

Every experience I have had the pleasure to endure here has been ridiculous, and a waste of money…read more The main example I'd like to use to testify to that, was the time I had my appointment for very serious mental reasons, and I was in need of desperate help. I was prescribed 300MG of a specific medication I will not name here. When reading up on the medication, it was advised by many people who currently take the drug themselves, that they started off at 50MG. And that people who were taking 300MG, slowly increased dosage through the matter of months. This definitely explained why I felt like I was going to have a heart attack whilst at work, and going about my everyday life, with hardly any physical exertion. Not only this potentially dangerous aspect of my experience, I was told by this woman that a therapist would be in contact with me very soon. Nobody ever called me. I am in search for a new doctor, and have fortunately found a wonderful therapist. I am now taking much smaller doses of the same medication after various scary incidents, and have lost all trust for this doctor, and everyone who works at this facility. Each and everyone of the people who are miraculously employed here are inadequate, and do not understand the enormous implications they have on every patient who walks through their doors. Nor do they care about such responsibility. I strongly advise to look for medical attention anywhere else other than this excuse of a practice.

He makes sure your medical needs are met before you leave his office every time... I have seen his PA Sandra Lee a lot also. At first she was great, but idk what happened to her, but now she seems bitter & callous... My last visit with her I had an excruciating migraine headache, accompanied by vomiting ( I suffer from Chronic Migraine Headaches) She gave me one shot of Tramadol (which is like Tylenol for my pain level) & never came back in the room to check in on me. I had to ask the Medical Assistant to go get her so I could get another injection... She stormed back in the room annoyed... And says/ yells... "What else do you want me to do Alicia!!!" Ummm... I was thinking since I paid you that maybe you could give me more meds until my pain & nausea is under control & NOT YELL (since I did have a pulsating migraine)... But she refused & told me to go to the E.R. ( Where I work)... So I highly recommend Dr. Wenthe & highly do not recommend Sandra!!!

Dr. Nogales is not a good doctor. She has been my doctor for over 10+ years and I am just not happy…read morewith her. Every time I see her I leave frustrated and feeling like none of my concerns were met. I do not feel as if my concerns are being heard by her and she brushes me off. I've told her about how I've been feeling down multiple times and she tells me to exercise and do yoga, which I already do yoga weekly. Her wait times to be seen are ridiculous, you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be seen by her for maybe 10 minutes. I had a 4pm appointment one time and did not get seen until after 6pm. The staff was leaving and the lights were being turned off and I honestly feel like they forgot about me. Her admin staff has always been polite and friendly, however Dr. Nogales is not good. I recently went in because I have been suffering from frequent nose bleeds for over two weeks now and she told me she didn't see anything wrong. She told me to try and decongestant, showed me how to pinch my nose to stop the nose bleed (which I already knew) and advised me to go to the ER if i could not get it to stop bleeding. Not everyone can afford an ER visit or the wait times at the ER so that's not an option for me and I felt like it was extremely ignorant of her to tell me to go to the ER for a nose bleed. It's been three days and I am still waiting for a referral to an ear, nose and throat doctor, I have followed up with her office and am still waiting for a call back or message via My Chart. I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. Nogales.

I have had to take my mother in law to see her a few times and each time was no less than an hour wait. Our recent visit was 2 hours, I find this totally unprofessional and outrages. That is a total disregard for others time and lack of the ability to manage her office and visits. I am hoping there is improvement for all her patients sake!
