I was told that allegedly a person named Melissa from their corporate offices was assigned to the case and given a confirmation # of CFG00742929. THREE WEEKS LATER & STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL as promised by the NUMEROUS reps I've spoken to since May 5th. Incidentally, each time I called Citizens Bank it took up to as much as an hour to finally speak with a rep (who was invariably from outside the USA.)
