Instead, what he said was that he did not need to see our child again since he felt comfortable that he saw the baby the day before. Yet he charged us for the appointment and when I call his office they inform me that the second appointment is still charged regardless for processing discharged paperwork. Glad to know he cares more about money and his time than the health of his patients.

He would charge me even though it is a regular visit, same notes been taken, have the best insurance but he still charged me. I had enough so I called my insurance and they said a regular well child check visit shouldn't cost anything as it is a preventive medicine and cannot be charged BUT, what Dr. Abraham does? And this is from his office staff!! He puts in the notes an extra code that of course never been discussed and then it's like an office visit and not a well child check visit. Every visit was the same thing (same notes been taken but you never sign the notes so you have no control on what he puts there AFTER your visit) until I had enough paying him every regular well child visit and decided to leave him as the payment started to be too much for nothing. I really can't recommend him. Spoke with his office about it to try and find a solution but they told me that this is something he is known of doing and they are sorry. The staff is nice and I appreciate them telling it to me and helping me to find a better doctor that runs a better business out of young families.

First of all, i didn't know the vase of plastic flowers were pens and your terse answer of "the flowers" put me off a bit. I grabbed a flowery pen and filled out the info except the highlighted "Pharmacy info" because i didnt have one that i use. I sit back down and she exasperately calls me back up like a 3rd grade teacher to a student who knows already why he's in trouble. When she tells me to put ANY pharmacy, i just tell her i dont have a phone number or address of any pharmacy and that my phone is dead, "Can i please charge it". There is an unused cord right in front of her and she asks me if ive been to a Doctors office before. After she tells me, "Then you know they dont charge phones", Im fed up and ask for my info, D.L., and insurance back and just leave. I didn't care to see the doctor at that point. That receptionist was the face of the office and i KNEW at that point, it was just better finding somewhere else.

I've been impressed by how quickly he identifies trouble spots and his adjustments are effective and painless. He's also just a really nice person. They have a variety of services including electro-stimulation (helps to calm down the locked up muscles that occur when a nerve is impinged) along with a physical therapy room and my favorite, a really skilled massage therapist.
