While searching for a new home, I contacted every local Estate Agent to be added to their mailing list (quicker than looking on Rightmove). Out of all of them this branch of W H Brown, in particular one member of their staff, could not have been more helpful. I received daily updates by email on properties in the area I was looking and at least 3 times a week a telephone call to discuss my requirements and update their system with any changes.
This member of staff was friendly, professional, polite and showed empathy for the situation I was in - the need to find somewhere quickly as I had sold my present home and time was ticking.
