Yet again! Mr.Li won the decision during this terrible time of Covid. On April 12, 2020 is when I was approached by an officer who I hope will change the way he handles situations. I forgive them, as I hope others forgive me as well for being drunk. I saw the discovery video, it was pretty damning on the perpetrating officer's part and the other two officers. He used,"You know who I am?!" And right then and there it goes downhill. Meanwhile I'm apologizing and trying to stay on my feet. The Stanford Experiment of treating others as inferior is what they did that night. Narcissists, the world is all about them and their ticket quota, slave overtime shirking, their Jack in Box meal time drive thru in the bag getting cold. This moped incident is an example, the officer 4 years ago when my brand new moped got stolen from my house, never even got out of the car. half-assedly scribbled my info and that was it Less than 5 minutes, I'm sorry I interrupted his meal. I understand cooping in corners can be very relaxing. In the holding room at Pearl City they have graffiti on the wall in the holding room that said,"the woman always wins". They pretend to be superior through anger, intimidation, pact mentality ultimately treating a person lower than a dog. The prosecutor said the officer left the island 'never to return' probably because I hired Mr.Li. that smug piece of crap decided to charge me with harassment of an officer (strike and\or kick). He charged me after all the damage that was done;, left eye compromised til this day, in possible need for surgery where they pull up the whole eyeball, gaping wounds held together by glue, bottom eye lid hanging loose, concussion, spitting pure blood for three weeks. I still have the scars, visible. mentally scarred, I have never been the same. I have noticeable brain damage that I try to deny but others can see, vertigo so bad that it feels like dying and I can't think of words to say, it's scary. The blast to my skull on that jagged gravel made a loud noise in the video and I'm seen gasping like a fish while he is heard talking nonchalant, satisfied. I truly believe he tripped like when they did in grade school by sweeping the foot from the back. I am cuffed, and from the push and slam to the ground discombobulated. Never say your sorry btw, it makes them stronger much like how George Floyd was treated. I never even touched him, ever, my arms were crossed and he attacked me. The other two officers, after the slap/push/arrest were positioned over a hundred feet on either side as he walked next to me by towards Kuahaka St . I believe this was planned, a dark driveway walk, so why not get back at a me because he could. There was absolutely no reason why they were positioned like that. None whatsoever. I did nothing to deserve this reaction. respect for them is ingrained and it's seen in video. The two officers whom were with me at the hospital while Bautista was writing his bullshit report ordered me, after they finger printing me cuffed to the bed, to rub all the excess ink on my cut up wounded head and face and I did it. Don't think I will ever forget it. They did laugh. I was cuffed, taken to two hospitals, fractured eye socket, fractured hand, gaping wounds on back and my rear from when I was pushed. slapped even before the falling (confirmed by two witnesses) before they even turned on their cameras. Those that saw at could see that they were trying to provoke a fight from me. Why, what does that help? After the slap, a slap that happened before the initital recordings, you can see me in the footage lying down and relaxed. the second time around, they pretend they just arrived. My shirt is all bloody from the slap to my face and I'm lying down peacefully. Mind you, this property is where I lived and cleaned up for many, many years. Still do. it is owned by my cousin whom lives there and rents out two other small houses. The mainland mormon renters who I thought were my friends were even greater hippocrates than the police to have put me in this situation. Absinthe was given to me by them, then another bottle of over 100 proof shots were poured. I was a selfish alcoholic. it took so long to see that drinking compromises everything. I am an alcoholic and was unable to turn down a shot. Other options were available instead of calling the cops on me. I would never do that to family or friends. This encounter has proven some have no heart, no aloha, no empathy, and are inept to prevent or correct wrongs because they are morally blind and others just watch. Making people to lick a dirty toilet seat because it's funny. They apologize only when they get caught and have to. Me? I am truly sorry for drinking and have apologized to the renters and my cousin.
