She instructed the nurses to give me medicine which caused my baby's oxygen to drop. We got her oxygen leveled and she cut the medicine back on again this then caused my baby to go into distress! I had to have a C section! After I returned back into my labor and delivery room my family and I heard my OB saying to be staff, " Okay I'm gone & don't call me!" Now whether she was joking or not that was extremely rude to say. I'm changing my OB to someone who genuinely cares about their patients. I wonder how many more patients she has done that to. I'm grateful my baby came healthy but Warren made my experience horrible.

She never explained anything to me and always seemed to be in a bad mood. Always being standoffish. To make matters worse I needed my birth control renewed after being on it for a year (this was my first time and she also never told me that I needed to come back for anything). So I called back after my appointment after checking with the pharmacy, they hadn't given me my prescription. They promised to send it in to the pharmacy that Dr. renfrow herself confirmed. They didn't send it. So long story short I had to call back SIX times to talk to a nurse SIX times to even try to get my birth control. My pharmacy had to take matters into their own hands the very last time and figured out that the office had sent my prescription to my old pharmacy that I hadn't used in TWO YEARS! EVEN AFTER the doctor confirmed my current pharmacy and then AFTER having two nurses, two different times confirm the pharmacy. So incompetence is the only thing I can think of here. Not only do they have bad attitudes at this place, especially the front desk receptionist, they absolutely SUCK at getting their jobs done. For being "medical professionals" these people really are stupid. I wish there were an option on here to give this place a worse rating than one star.

I can't get any prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy without them assuming I'm only using birth control n because I'm sexually active, and not for health and pain. Terrible and rude staff, who are condescending. Do not recommend at all!
