The Clement Unit has become the worst unit in the Texas Prison System. The inhumane treatment of inmates and the food is inedible. The guards and other staff treat everyone horribly. The lock down the facility every week without just cause. The ia who need medical attention get nothin. Medicine is not passed out and there is no medical care is readily available. Drugs are available along with homemade alcohol. This place needs to be shut down. read more
