First time I visited this Office. Did not take long to book an appointment and no wait time when I…read morearrived at the office. Dr Loppolo and staff staff were all very Professional as well as personable. Took time to explain what to be expected before and after procedure. Answered all questions and then followed up. My Shih Tzu was neutered and is doing amazing. I would definitely recommend .

It was fine up until the end. The vet assistant (erin)(redhead woman) was a somewhat rough on on my…read moresenior cat. She offered to put the neck collar on which was a nice gesture. She dragged her out the cage from the neck (8/10 level of dragging force). She tied the neck cone knot pretty tight, it seemed normal at first glance but when I got home after an hour drive I double checked and I couldn't fit a finger through the gap (chat gpt said fit at least a finger or two when that is tied around a pet). Lastly, she shoved her in the cage (6/10 level of shove force) causing her water bowl to spill some water in her cage, and she was like "oopsie". No remorse which indicated a level of malice behind her actions. Her hind legs got wet, she has a tail infection, the last thing I need is for it to get worse just for going to the vet. If I may make a suggestion, I think a bit more caution should be excercised, especially when dealing with a senior pet and when you guys are handling them in front of their owners, I can only imagine how they handled her behind closed doors (which is why I won't return, keep my blood panel chump change I don't care). I was also hoping to get a basic ear clean (which I mentioned in the pre check up talk and would've happily paid for) and a check up on her infection, all she really ended up getting was an anti bacterial shot and a neck collar. Overall this place is below average in my opinion, they were offering me subscription pain meds for her arthritis when all I really wanted was just my main concerns/ wants addressed. Just another cookie cutter big pharma pet office trying to run up useless subscriptions. I'll be returning to her old vet ecstaticly, which is a 2 hr drive away but AT LEAST they wont drag, shove and choke my childhood pet infront of me and say "oopsie"
