When I explained that I was looking for a land survey for our project, the first question they asked was if I had contacted my original surveyor. Although, that surveyor was on my list of contacts, it just so happened that I called Municipal Land survey first. The gentleman with whom I spoke to at Municipal had advised me to call my original surveyor first to save money on an updated survey. Municipal Land Survey DID NOT try to take my business just to make money which would cost me more in the end. Instead they advised me in the proper way I should go about obtaining an updated survey that would be a cost savings to me. That to me is an upstanding business .
