I missed the small "No Trespassing" sign, and the gate was wide open. While I understand I should have noticed the sign, I was also a paying customer and had no intention of doing anything inappropriate. Instead of being approached with understanding, I was met with intense hostility, sarcasm, and even a threat that a gun could be pulled out. That was incredibly alarming and completely unnecessary.
