I needed a key with a remote. I called, they ordered one. I went in and they programmed it and handed me a key, no remote unlock buttons, just a key. Then charged me $123.00 for it. I would not recommend this place read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called ahead to get a 125 feet of 2-2-4 wire and had my wife go pick it up. They gave me 125 feet of 2-0 wire. I called and asked for a manager and explained the situation asked to please let me exchange it that I was given the wrong one. He continued to argue with me saying it's not their problem and then hung up on me. Over $525 in wire and won't exchange when it was their fault??? And then have the nerve to hang up on me?? I wasn't rude, yelling and being very nice. Never will get my business again, so unprofessional!! read more
