Williams ranch vineyards is amazing. Their wine, especially the Dolcetto, is to die for! They do excellent pairings. What a wonderful, personable, family run winery. Loved visiting with the Williams and will be back soon for their new tasting room, opening mid June!! read more

We are an estate vineyard offering high quality Texas wine. Our tasting room is open noon-6 pm on Saturdays and we offer in home tastings in the greater Lubbock area. Contact us today to try some of our high quality wines or to talk about custom labels!

History

Established in 1998.

In 1997 we bought 80 acres of land that Kirk Williams had grown up on and in 1998 we planted one acre of Cabernet Sauvignon. It took lots of determination and help from our family and friends to turn some mesquite infested pasture into a vineyard. We have continued planting grapes to include Orange Muscat and Riesling. We now have 7.5 acres of grapes planted in varying stages of maturity. We have grown grapes for award winning wines made by other wineries for 20 years. We are now entering the phase where we put our grapes, our name and our heritage into wine for you to enjoy.

These guys know what they're doing. I ordered the Good Smoke Special and my wife ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheese. Needless to say Shut The Front Door! From the first bite to the last spoon full, holy crap. The smoke was perfect, the burnt ends out of this world great. The portion sizes for mine and my wife's was perfect, not too much you couldn't finish, and not too little you walked away hungry. A good portion is 8 oz this was just about 9 oz. Every bite was a lap dance on the tongue. The beans were nice and creamy, the potato salad was spot on. My wife loved her Mac n Cheese. She's usually chatty when we eat, but this time; this time she didn't make a sound. Just enjoying every bite. As food trucks go, they draw you in and make you feel comfortable. The greet and serve you with a smile. What I find particularly amazing, is they don't serve soda. Just really good sweet tea, amazing lemonade, and water. Their atmosphere is soothing and comforting, like a really good Southern barbecue joint should be. Living in Lubbock, I would drive the 60 miles to Seagraves; just for the barbecue. If you see them set up anywhere, do yourself a favor and stop for a bite and get some really good sweet tea.
