Couldn't be more happy with their work, prices, quality, and attention to detail. KC local, family owned business that works with integrity. I first learned of Royal after watching my neighbors roofs be replaced in a recent hail storm. Those who used Royal Roofing stood out above the rest: the crews wore safety gear, the homes, pools, windows were protected and covered during the work, and there was always a project manager on the job site. I got a quote and their prices were good and their warranty surpassed all others. I wouldn't have gotten my roof fully replaced by insurance if it wasn't for the grit and knowledge of Brayden who worked and fought with my insurance company tooth and nail, and used the local codes to prove what damages I was owed. The project manager Tim was also impressive with his extensive experience in the industry, and gladly showed me the computer program they use to calculate the cubic footprint of my roof to diagnose roof ventilation. And when it stormed, he and the crew drenched themselves just to cover my roof and pool. Even when unforeseen issues came up in the project (which they always do in any construction project), Royal was on top of it, and exceeded my expectations to come up with reasonable solutions. Finally, the crew leader Mariano and his father were top notch, they led the crew and were fluently bilingual and knew roof construction and craftsmanship inside and out. In every way Royal Roofing exceeded my expectations and I can highly recommend them for your project too!

Buyer beware!!! Shady company…read more I recently had my roof replaced by Royal Roofing. Before the project, I prepaid $10,000 so I could get the ball rolling on getting my leaky roof replaced. They told me at that time they would be in contact with me soon about timeline and expectations. That they would be delivering the supplies for the project the day before and leave it in front of my house but they would tell me the exact day once they knew depending on weather. It being winter I understood that it may take a few days to get logistics worked out. I didn't hear anything back for a few weeks and had planned on calling my next day off to figure out what was causing the delay. I worked a late shift (got off work at 11pm) the day prior and get startled awake by men beating on my door at 7am the day of. I run downstairs thinking something is wrong and get yelled at that I need to move my vehicles so they can deliver a dumpster so they can start working on my roof. I was unaware they were going to be there that day. I called the project manager Brooke who stated, "well they are there to start your roof but I texted you on Monday to let you know." She in-fact did not text me, which was verified by another manager, Tim. I had planned to take my pets to a kennel the day of but now couldn't because I couldn't make last minute appointments for them. So I had to cancel my plans for the day to stay home to keep them calm. While working on my roof, the crew took little care to make sure they didn't damage anything while doing demo and tore up my porch, flag and landscaping lights. Additionally, the crew decided to use my backyard as a bathroom (multiple times by different men on their crew, exposing a themselves to my house and my neighbors (one of which is a children's day care; to which I have proof of on my home surveillance cameras). I called the PM Brooke who again was dismissive and rude about the situation and basically gave me the attitude that I should be grateful and get over it. Tim the other manager called me the next day to ask what all happened and then came out to my house and we walked all the damage and what their crew did in my yard. He was apologetic and agreed that it was not acceptable what they did. For everything, he agreed that I would pay only $500 more of the rest of the balance and they would cover the rest for the damages and criminal use of my yard by their crew. I was okay with this solution and agreed that I would pay and not blast them about this situation. Fast forward to the next week, Brooke text me to say I need to pay the remaining balance or set up credit for it. I was confused because I was told that it was covered after the $500 I paid. She stated that they were going to give me a $500 discount and I was liable for the rest and that discount was more than generous. I was livid! We had an agreement to which both parties could break amicably but no. I immediately called Tim who agreed with my side of the story but it wasn't good enough for her. I asked to speak to the owner Austin to which I was told he was on vacation and couldn't be bothered. She continued to be rude until I threatened to send all the video to the police on what their crew did, and then she decided that it was in their best interest to take the original deal. I would encourage everyone to use another company and avoid Royal Roofing at all cost. They will not communicate, they will lie to you, they will use you yard as a bathroom, and then they will try to make you look stupid and milk more money from you than what was agreed. Run don't walk away.
