The inspection was a man putting a shovel in the tank and him saying it's okay. After my septic started to overflow in my yard I called to see what was happening. I was told my field lines were failing. On my invoice it said they pumped which they did not. Contacted owner and was told I would get half the inspection fee back because he had to dispose of the waste, which none was ever pumped out. Haven't heard anything since. Cannot and will not recommend, but definitely have a better recommendation if someone needs it.

The last experience was very bad. I ordered leak detection. Cost was $300. They found the leak. I paid to have it repaired $1500. However, the plumbers caped the wrong line and I still had a leak. I called and they suggested that it was a new leak and that I should replumb the entire house, which would cost over $10,000. I called American leak detection, they charged $300 to come out and found the original leak still running. I paid them $2000 to repair it. I did call Roto Rooter and they admitted the mistake and refunded the $1500. They did not refund the leak detection (so I ended up paying 2 companies for that) In the end. The leak was fixed, however, Roto -Rooter capped the line to my sinks and I had to pay another plumber $650 to make the repair from their error. I have had a rough couple of months with the water but hopefully things are all better now. It was a very bad experince and it could have costed me much much money if I would have taken thier advice.
