The sales pitch was not aggressive like the other bids. The installation was challenging due to my downtown location but they did the extra work as bid and did the job professionally. Of 4 bids I received, Five Star was the best deal and I got what we planned. No surprises. My vanity order (from an outside vendor) was cancelled and they even delivered a late replacement from NFM. I am very pleased with this remodel.

All Showroom's work like that. Tile showroom' and plumbing showrooms have to work through your contractor. They give the Contractor your information and then the contractor gives you your cost. That's what show rooms are. So please don't misunderstand when they can only quote retail price. That's how Showroom's work. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, quick to answer, and solve my problems. I think they're fantastic! And that many years I've worked with him prove it... You can't beat them.
