They're nicely spaced out as well, rather than being all on top of each other. A lot of shoe stores are small with shoes piled on top of each other. If you find something you like and then decide to go back to it later you might forget where it is. Well, it happens to me anyway... I admit I can be scatterbrained. Anyway, that's never been an issue for me here. The prices aren't too bad either. I've seen cheaper shoes don't get me wrong, but I've seen a lot more expensive too. Footwear Warehouse offer decent prices, and you can't go too far wrong if you pay them a visit. Shoes are a necessity after all...

The store is fairly large with plenty of room to walk around comfortably and try on shoes. I've noticed that while they keep up with the latest trends and get the stores in at the same rate as every other Betts store, they also keep the older stock around longer. I like that. Sometimes I'll find shoes that I like and a week later I'll go back and they no longer sell them. What's the deal with that? At least this way I know they'll have the older stock available.

But if you go telling everyone they may sell out! Actually there's a lot of stock, and it is a good variety - the only thing that says this is a shoe warehouse direct to public style of store is the blandness of the interior, but really, who needs plush carpets and snazzy lighting to wiggle their toes? Actually if you tell more than your poorest and best friend, you may bring in some more customers and then between you if you all go together you could end up buying three purchases. If you buy three things and each are worth $50.00 or more you are entitled to a "Loyalty Discount Qualification" (!) which is a 10% discount off of all purchases for twelve months... Not bad eh! Maybe you should tell everyone. Who doesn't love a discount voucher - in a shoe shop even?!

There is literally no indication that there is a shoe shop on that street unless you happen to catch a glimpse of the big red sign (and read what it says) as you drive past. If you do happen to notice the sign, when you turn in all you will see is a parking area with a door towards the end on the right hand sign. Very unassuming, but for the female shoe shopper looking for a bargain, definitely a treat. As a factory outlet store, the shoes they sell there are cheaper than what you'd normally find in Myer or David Jones. Also, they don't sell cheap shoes either and are they actually stock good quality shoes with actual brand names like diane ferari (I can't believe I know this stuff). From boots, to casual shoes to heels, it's a plain looking shop on the inside, but what it makes up for in lack of flash is in its wide selection of shoes for the shoe hungry female shopper.

The prices here also reflect the shoppers. The sales table has nothing under $70, and a standard price would be between $160 and $200. They have two stores in the Adelaide CBD: one is "The Boutique" situated in the Central Markets, the other is "The Showroom" situated on Gouger St. They seem to be doing well judging from the amount of people that were trying on shoes - young and old, I might add. "The Showroom" store is where you will find more fashionable designer styles, while "The Boutique" store is where they specialise in comfort and work shoes with brands like Birkenstock. Here, they also do more specials, and stock more leisure and casual shoes, plus outdoor hiking shoes and boots. I bought my work shoes here a year ago. They have lasted me all this time while maintaining comfort and minimizing tired feet after an 8 hour shift at the cafe where I work. With their wide range and friendly, knowledgeable service, Lana Lang is a trustworthy place to shop. Oh, and they also do repairs and alterations for affordable prices.

They have a great selection of shoes available in different styles, colours and sizes. They have flats, heels, wedges, boots and even some slippers. The prices are very reasonable as well. I doubt you would ever pay over $40 for a pair of their shoes. The staff are also very friendly and happen to know their stock very well. Not only is Rubi Shoes a shoe store, but they also sell great accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, rings and headbands. Some of their bracelets are only $1! Can you say bargain? They even sell a small selection of handbags.

I watched all the posts for over a year before finally arriving back in Australia and awaiting my chance to go. The clothes in store just don't have the same appeal as they do on the girls on Instagram - poor merchandising. You really have to look hard to find something you like but you most likely find more than one thing. They don't have many sizes and cater to a fairly young aesthetic - but given the prices, a cashed up audience as well. I've bought a few pieces and have loved them at first but been disappointed with how they wear. Worth a look!
