    Nashville hot Chicken sandwich
    Ali R.

The outdoor ambiance is cool. Just don't recommend the food from Willie's. First time we got the burger, and it came out extremely hot and greasy. It basically took forever to cool because of how greasy it was. Second time we came, we ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich..... that sandwich was not spicy at all. It seriously tasted like a plain old chicken sandwich. So I think the name is extremely misleading. If you want to just sit outside and have alcohol, then this place is probably fine for you. Just beware of the food...

We came here on Sunday and loved it! Their snow crab was solid, and my fiancé liked her Willie's BBQ Burger as well (as did I). They also had nice and more than ample outdoor seating, with TVs, cover in the event of rainfall, and cornhole too. It was a fun time!

We've tried twice now and won't be back. The bartender was nice but the drinks... hardly any alcohol. Both times we've gone. Unfortunate.

This is a great local spot. Service can be spotty, and the food is pretty pricy. We miss the old food trucks!

The Best Pad Thai ($18): Thai-style stir-fried rice noodles with egg, dried sweet radish, chili, garlic, crab meat, bean sprouts, and chives, topped with fried tempura shrimp, crispy shallots, tobiko, peanuts, and lime. I love pad thai, and this version delivered! The flavors were quite concentrated, so I recommend mixing the noodles thoroughly before eating. While the shrimp tempura was crunchy with a nice batter, I personally prefer the traditional proteins -- beef, chicken, pork, or tofu. BBQ Brisket Clay Pot ($19.50): A Thai-Chinese style clay pot featuring garlic, ginger, smoky brisket, onion, mushroom, Thai jasmine rice, green onion, sweet soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. The combination didn't quite work for me and I wasn't a fan of the flavors, though my husband absolutely loved it. It's not as flavorful as the pad thai so we had to use the sauce they provided.

The food is always good consistent and a good value for what you get. During this visit I got an 8 oz. Dallas fillet with a loaded baked potato, salad with ranch and a grilled shrimp app. The shrimp, salad and steak were amazingly good. The steak had a nice crust on it and they nailed medium rare. The salad dressing was so thick and good. The baked potato was lacking on the loadedness. Usually the toppings are loaded on there and they mix well into the potato. But this one was dry and now that I think of it, might have not had butter on it. I ended up pouring some of the melted butter than way with the grilled shrimp onto the potato to make it less dry. The skin of the potato was salted really really well. I usually eat the entire baked potato but could not think time. Overall a good but not great visit due to the potato. I should have said something but was super hungry and just made due.

We were sat at a booth with a folding chair at the end of the table and mini high chair in the middle of the booth, any child who sits in that their feet would be on the table. I had to grab an actual high chair for my child. I left the folding chair and mini hair chair in the middle of the walkway. Manager and staff walked around it multiple times. The manager "Keyaira" stopped by a couple times and I brought up about the potatoes coated in salt, temperature and texture of the steak. I ordered medium rare, my friend next to me ordered medium. She said sorry and that's the way they cook them. Then proceeded to get distracted with my 9 month old. I left my steak untouched except the center cut I did to ensure proper cooking. Upon tabbing out we were also charged for a "premium something" unsure what that was about. Maybe touching the terminal on the table charges you for that. We wont be back to this location. This was our 2nd visit and was even worse than the first.

We walked in, told the person at the front our name and were seated quickly. The restaurant is nice. It includes a little market in one section with various food items that you can purchase. There is also a seating area with couches near the market section. The restaurant has different sized tables for seating. Not long after being seated we were greeted by a waiter that did an excellent job taking care of us the entire time we were there. He took our drink order, gave us menus and some time to decide what we wanted. After a few minutes he brought us our waters and took our order. We ordered several items. El Olivo which is a garlic bread. It was okay. The bread was good. It was nice and warm and the garlic flavor was all on top. Whipped Feta which comes with grilled Naan and cucumber slices. The Naan was okay. It was a little cold and needed to be warmed up a little more for my liking but my kids ate it up. The cucumbers were fresh and crisp and the whipped feta was pretty good. It had a slight lemon flavor but not enough to where you could taste the lemon with every bite. Pork belly chicharron which had pork with avacado covered in a sauce. It came with tortilla chips. The tortilla chips were thick and crispy. Perfect for scooping up some of the pork belly. The pork belly was delicious. The sauce that covered it added flavor and the avacado was fresh. The Lamb chops came with Lamb, carrots and a puree. The lamb itself was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and was tender with each bite. The carrots were slightly sweet and the puree was soft. It was a good mix of different textures with each bite. The Truffle mac and cheese was a macaroni and cheese with chives and truffle flavor. This was very tasty. The macaroni was tender, the chives were spread out and added that slight onion flavor. The cheese was very flavorful. One of my kids ate almost all of this. Barbacoa Doughnuts which are mini doughnuts filled with barbacoa topped with a salsa. I don't really like barbacoa but I tried them and was pleasantly surprised. These were delicious. It was basically a soft and warm mini doughnut filled with flavorful barbacoa. The sauce on it added a slight spicy flavor. Patatas Bravas are potatoes with salsa and a garlic aioli sauce. These were very tasty. That salsa and aioli sauce are what gave this dish all of its yummy flavor. The potatoes had a crispy exterior with a soft interior. All of the ingredients mixed together made a very good side dish. One of my sons ordered the Dos Olivos Burger with Tater Tots. He said that the burger was okay. I tried it and I agreed. The tater tots were good. He ate those up with some ketchup. My other son ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwiches with everything on the side. He substituted a salad instead of the fries. He ate the salad up. He also ate the Fried chicken from the sandwich. He said it was good. He is not a fan of sesame seed bread so he opted not to eat the bun. I tried the red cabbage apple slaw that it comes with and it was okay. Lastly I ordered the Beet Salad which comes with beets, pears, and candied pecans. I don't usually eat beets but I wanted to try it. It was very good. The beet chunks were large and soft but not overly soft. The pears and the candied pecans added a crispier texture and the mixture of all of the ingredients along with the sauce that was on it made this a super sweet beet salad. Almost like a dessert. It was delicious. Overall the restaurant is a cool spot to visit. The market is a neat addition that adds to the ambiance of the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

We heard that Rudy's was a solid spot to check out so thought it could be the perfect spot and it was! Fast casual setup, vast open seating, clean tables, clean restrooms. Easy in, easy out, and solid Texas BBQ vibes. Service was great. Super patient and friendly, greeted us when we came in and they even offered samples of the prime rib and pork loin before we committed to how much we wanted. That alone deserves a shoutout! Here's what we ordered: * Prime Rib - Honestly the star of the show. Great price, beautiful marbling, solid bark, juicy and pink inside. Perfectly seasoned. And that horseradish sauce?? So unique and addicting! I genuinely wanted to take extra home and put it on everything! I might have to get extra next time! * Moist Brisket - Tasted good. Not the best brisket we've ever had in Texas (let's be honest, that's a high bar), but for a quick, no-wait option? It was great! * Pork Loin - A sleeper hit. Juicy, well seasoned, nice smoke flavor, and super lean. This would be AMAZING for weekly meal prep. Not a cut you see everywhere and they did a great job with it! The pickled jalapeños and carrots are BOMB. Spicy with a great snap. Plus you get free pickles, bread, onions, and sauce, always appreciated. We really loved that they offer meats like pork loin and prime rib that you don't always see at BBQ joints, and they execute them really well! We'll absolutely be back for those in particular! Apparently we need to try the banana and chocolate pudding next time as we've heard it's good. Overall a solid stop!
