Paired with great drink options and reasonable prices, and this is a place I'd definitely recommend on your trip to Munich. My friends and I came on a Friday night for a couple drinks and were not disappointed. This bar wasn't really crowded, likely due to Oktoberfest shenanigans going on, but our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our low-key experience. This place is somewhat small, but jam-packed with interesting things to look at. The decor is great, and service didn't miss a beat.

The very first thing I noticed was the hanging ceiling of brasseries nearly touching the barkeepers whilst they served drinks to guests. Apparently, women can pay their drinks by giving their brasseries to the barkeepers. Not classy for me. Keep in mind that it is very hot with little ventilation, it is dark, and quite often it is very packed, especially on weekends and on Wies'n days. I would never step in here again as it it out of my preference and taste, but for those who are looking for a social night with decently priced drinks, this is for you.

Thinking it was some sort of pharmacy or doctor's office, it is more of a bar than a restaurant. It has seating outside and inside. As you go in, you will see the gentlemen working behind the counters, wearing white lab coats like doctors. The staff are super friendly and comical. They offer you nuts to eat, water, and recommendations from their menu. The bar's decor inside is very nice. They have a huge painting on the wall of the bar. We all ordered only beers, as we wanted to wine down a little bit and take a breather from so much walking. And we also used their restrooms which are clean. After, they were so kind as to help us when we asked for directions to our next stop. I definitely recommend this nice bar the next time you are in the area. It is kind of hidden but you can't miss it with their name. I really want to go back and try one of their liquors.

The best way to describe this place is to say it's a Cuban speakeasy. On a warm day I tend to gravitate towards bars with patios, rooftops etc. but in this case, I recommend grabbing a seat inside to soak in the ambiance.
