The staff…read morewere extremely helpful, answering the telephone extremely promptly when i rang and then providing courteous customer service when I arrived. They thoroughly investigated the cause of the strange noise I could hear whenever I braked in my car and the staff explained thoroughly what tests they were carrying out, even taking the vehicle on a test drive to investigate more thoroughly. Although they could not repair my vehicle as it was a problem that had to be corrected by a Chevrolet specialist, they gave me their card and said if I had problems explaining the problem at the Chevrolet garage to get them to call their branch for a thorough explanation. They charged me nothing although they had worked on my vehicle for over an hour. While I was there I watched them carry out quick and effective repairs on another man's car and changing tyres rapidly. I couldnt recommend them more heartily.

I had triple checked part number, given registration number, triple checked when I picked them up from the store. Car was stuck on the ramp for 48hours (still on ramp now), the mechanic called Halfords, they said we have the correct ones in, he drove down on my time & expense & they tried to give him the same ones they had sold me, he had told them exactly what he needed, they still got it wrong. Make a complaint no facility, this has cost me £1000,s in wasted time, stress and additional costs. They told me to push car off the ramp (engine in pieces), down the hill, along the road & up another ramp, just zero value. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOOLS!!!!!
