There are plenty of stores to browse and a huge variety of restaurants with great happy hour specials, gathering areas for large groups, so it's easy to spend a few hours here without getting bored. The mall is clean, spacious, and family-friendly, which keeps us coming back. Whether we're shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or just looking for something to do on a rainy day, Park Meadows is always a solid choice.

the Mall itself is nice, but this review relates to the food court and cleanliness. wife passed so…read morei use the mall for my daily exercise walk, and then have a bite for lunch. so i observe and experience much about the food court. first, Renzios Greek food served a flat no fizz diet coke. i asked the older lady if they could remedy it. ie add carbonation. i received a look that could kill. followed with barking "no". period. so i asked her the price of the combo meal without the diet coke, she growled saying its the same price w or wo the soda. i left to never return. second, since retired ive had opportunity to travel about the country visiting family and friends. have enjoyed chick-fil-a's from connecticut to portland to raleigh to minneapolis. all serve their "side salad" in a rectangular plastic bowl which has an appetizing presentation and nice fit for a salad. well, here they "stuff" the salad into a small cardboard sized soup cup, and i mean stuffed /jam packed in. not meant for a salad. you literally are required to pluck/pull the stuffed salad out of this jammed in cardboard cup. i asked mngr if they could use the standard salad bowl used throughout the U.S.. he said the small space they rent at the mall doesn't allow enough room for storage of the standard size plastic salad dishes?? so i drive over to the chick-fil-a down the road on Yosemite for a normal salad. bout a mile drive but worth it, as i feel that for a $20 meal its served appropriately. Last comment, food court maintenance. should you try asking one of the employees (difficult to accomplish as none speak english and will just stare at you with a look of contempt, like "no comprende") to kindly wipe down the spilled/leftover mess folks left, at a table you prefer. they tell you in spanish and pointing to the ceiling with angst to sit somewhere else. then walk away and ignore you. on busy weekends there may be no other tables available. so i resort to pouring some water from my own water bottle in my backpack and clean the table myself. so each day i make sure when leaving home i pack a water bottle in case a table at the food court is filthy and i will need to clean it myself. third, at Chipotle i order a salad "bowl". at checkout no forks w which to eat it. inquired if maybe they have forks in the back room. they told me "NO" but i could look for a fork with which to eat my salad, at another restaurant in the food court! not lol. these are just a couple of unpleasantries at the absolutely beautifully designed Park Meadows food court. IMO go shopping there, but plan to eat elsewhere. Dr Jeff

VIP services include a exclusive restroom, unlimited drinks and popcorn, food service and (*delivery), prior to the start of the movie. There are seating options included in the vip section. All seats are assigned in the theater. There are seats in a bar area and small areas to sit and discuss the movie afterwards. These areas are limited due to changes made to allow for social distancing. Prior to the movie starting staff comes in and make a announcement welcoming and covers exits, bathrooms, where to go if you have questions and cell phone expectations. There us plenty of parking and garage parking is an option.

Yesterday at approximately 2:15 PM, my husband and I entered the TJ Maxx store, as we routinely do…read moreon weekends. Upon entering, a security guard also entered and gave us a prolonged and unusual look. At the time, we did not think much of it and continued shopping. Shortly after, my husband went to the coffee section while I remained in the women's clothing area. I moved between the women's section, the juniors section, and then the designer area. Throughout this entire time, the security guard followed me closely, remaining only a few feet behind me. Each time I moved to a different section, he moved immediately after me and maintained the same close distance. At one point, I heard the security guard make a phone call, which appeared to be regarding me. His proximity and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I contacted my husband and informed him that I was being followed and profiled by the security guard. He came to join me immediately, yet the security guard continued to follow me even after my husband arrived. I then spoke with a manager to report the situation. What was particularly concerning is that many other shoppers in the store were dressed similarly to me, sweats and jackets, which was appropriate given that it was snowing. The only clear difference between myself and those shoppers was that I was the only visibly brown person in the area. The security guard's behavior made me feel criminalized and unwelcome, as though I was being treated as suspicious solely based on my appearance. This experience was deeply distressing. No customer should be made to feel intimidated, surveilled, or forced to leave a store based on race or ethnicity. This incident reflects a serious concern regarding discriminatory treatment of shoppers, particularly people of color

The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Kids are very happy. There were lots of silly things and inappropriate sayings for my 6 and 5 year old, but they were too young and clueless to notice.
