For years I owned properties in the Willow Falls area and the properties fell within the boundaries governed by the Willow Falls Homeowners Association. It used to be called the Brookgreen Homeowners Association. One of the things that made me comfortable owning property in this area was that homeowners association was fairly active in maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the neighborhood. This group did a much better job than the associations in the nearby neighborhoods, increasing both the safety and appeal of this neighborhood. I have since sold the properties but must commend these folks for being really good at managing and navigating the politics of the neighborhood and the city and looking out for the neighborhood. read more
