I have had neck and shoulder problems for a while now mostly related to musculature that was damaged in a surgery several years ago. Off and on I sleep wrong and then I'm all kinked up for the next few days. I've thought about getting massages to help but just have never really got around to it. I woke up in a kink the other morning and had had enough so looked on Yelp for a local therapist. Willow Moon's schedule openings were available on line which was nice so I could just go ahead and pick one, then receive an email confirmation. I just got back from my appointment and will say that Michelle is great. She seems strong enough to be capable of working out the worst problems in heavy muscles and yet skilled enough to turn it down for someone like me in pain. She asks lots of questions and gives advice afterwards to make sure you get the most out of the experience. The office is a bit hard to find and she has a small treatment room but I was completely comfortable and had a great experience. I'll definitely be going back. Tip: if going for the first time, leave a little early or get specific directions, I was a bit late because I relied on my GPS and didn't leave enough time to correct for it. read more

The main therapist is very attentive-- she works WITH you to find which areas need the most attention. She seems very knowledgeable, and I feel like I am being taken seriously as a client. The best thing is-- these massages work! I have had chronic back/neck pain for over a decade, and I am so thankful to find some relief from that. Even after the first visit I could feel a difference. Had a great massage with Michelle, the owner. I highly recommend her. The salon is very relaxing and welcoming when you walk in. Michelle was patient and helpful to attend to my special needs due to limited mobility. I needed a deep tissue massage to help with circulation issues, and my daughter had a sports massage since she's active with basketball.
