Not just dirt, dirt I can handle, it was wet outside that day I get it--there was dog poop smeared all over the table and when they slid them in my house they smeared dog poop across my entry way, hallway, livingroom and kitchen. When I let them know, they acted like it was my dog and questioned my sanity, I DON'T HAVE A DOG... Anyways, I spent the next hour scrubbing dog poop off my floor before my twins' first birthday so that was exciting, was super thrilled. The delivery driver even admitted the place he picked the tables up had dogs and it probably came from there. Pretty gross. I emailed them and called to let them know what happened, as a business owner myself, I would desperately want to know if my customer had an experience like that. You guessed it, never received so much as an apology or acknowledgment. Won't do business here because they don't value the customer's time, money or take pride in their service. They certainly don't address issues or seem to care when they do arise. Such a bummer. I added just a few pics of the disaster for reference.

The pavilion was well shaded and comfortable on a hot afternoon, it needed minimal decor as the venue itself is rustic and gorgeous! There was enough room inside for all guests to sit/eat, go through a buffet line, and have an open dance floor in the evening. Plenty of parking as well! This place is in the middle of nowhere, so there was a short dirt road included in the drive, but it was very easy. Such a cute venue for a wedding!!

When we booked we were told we had to book her security guard at $25 an hour for the length of the reception if we had alcohol and that we could self serve if we only had wine and beer as long as we had someone with liquor license there it was fine. Right after we signed the contract the first security guard quit and she had to hire a new one and he was more expensive at $35 an hour and had to be there for the ceremony too which we thought was weird but went with it. Also when we booked she said she had a $600 security deposit formality that was required and most brides just wrote her a check and then she handed it back at the end of the night. Also something we were fine with. At the rehearsal she went to my husband's parents and a bridesmaid and the best person asking about money and when we were paying this deposit. She never once went to me and my husband while we were there and she knew we were paying for the venue not our families. One of the groomsmen made a bad joke about weed (we live in Oklahoma where it's legal but he wasn't going to bring any because it isn't in Texas he was joking about showing up stoned) and she freaked out and said that we had to make sure that we had $600 when we got there and she would be keeping it to check her venue for damage and then refunding it and we needed a bartender because self serve was no longer ok. We told her we could cancel the alcohol because we couldn't find a bartender on 12 hours notice. When we got to the venue she said she got us a bartender as a gift to us but the bartender told my husband that she is booked last minute like this all the time. The security guard we had to hire played on his phone most of the night until a bridesmaid pointed it out to the owner that since we are paying him he should do his job. When my husband tried to make conversation with him about where he's licensed and what he does when he's not working weddings he wouldn't answer. So I'm not sure if he is licensed. We used a small speaker she provided for the reception and I was later told she kept coming by and turning it down. The reception was indoors, we didn't have it very loud to start with, and she was out in the country so no noise ordinance applied and the reception was over at 9:30pm

Amanda and her entire team were amazing from start to finish. Their communication throughout the planning process was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They provided so much of the décor, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Every staff member was incredibly professional--well-dressed, polite, and respectful. So many "yes ma'am, no ma'am" moments paired with truly genuine service. Even the security guard was wonderful and added to the sense of professionalism and safety. The venue itself is stunning. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and the indoor areas are just as gorgeous. Everything was clean, organized, and so accommodating. If you're planning a wedding, this is absolutely the place to do it. Truly a 10/10 experience!
