Wilmar has been my go to plumber for a while. He's and his team have done plenty of jobs for me . I called him this morning to replace a water heater. He said he would be by after he finished the job he was working on. That's what is great about him. He either answer the phone or responds right away.(If you ever had to deal with any service person,you know how frustrating it can be that they never call back) Today's job was to replace a water heater . He came out and replaced everything. I trust him and his professional assessment of the situation. He has done everything from simple sink replacement to major shower remodels. Wilmar is great to work with. He has been here three times, including today. The first time he came I had a kitchen faucet replaced and we ran into problems. (old house) He was able to take care of it with a little extra work. He is very knowledgeable. I had a water heater replaced. No problem. Today he fixed a water leak in my toilet, by replacing parts. At 8:30 when I went to leave for work they were pulling in with two vans! Identified and fixed the problem quickly. Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance. The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top. We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner. read more

Honestly one of the worse experiences with any service company I have ever encountered. He was rude to my wife and I in our own home. Came 4 hours later than we agreed to with no notice or call. Wilmar is super professional, super nice, and very responsive. We've had two separate issues in two weeks. Both times he and his team came within hours, and fixed difficult, non trivial issues within the same day. I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing! We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal. Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an "air gap" so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher. Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up. Responsive and trustworthy. I had a bathroom sink with a minor leak, and called Wilmar to take a look. 2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future. read more

We had a minor emergency (a leaky spigot in the vegetable garden) that we hoped to get taken care of asap, so I called Wilmar. He answered, we spoke for a few minutes and he said he had rime to take care of it. I texted him a few pics of the leaky spigot per his request. He arrived an hour later. He called to let us know he arrived and was wearing a mask ... both appreciated. He replaced the spigot in no time. Next time we have a plumbing issue we will call Wilmar. read more
