I've been to all kinds of sporting events in my life, including a few on the biggest stage possible, but I'm pretty easy to please at baseball games. This park was clean, a bit small but *relatively* well sized to the size of the town! It was actually packed the night we went because it was Bark in the Park. Cheap tickets, cheap but tasty concession food (as expected at college summer league baseball) and good ball! Had a great time. I actually have a special shout out to give as I left my purse at the game (like an idiot) someone picked it up and gave it to Jack, the front office manager, and they called us that night to let us know when we could come back tomorrow. Excellent service! Will be going again when I am back in Wilmington during summer. read more

it's not minor league, and tickets are $15-$17.00; lower your expectations people. These are college kids wanting to continue play into the summer. read more

Yeah, not a good experience and not the best set-up I've seen for minor league baseball . I'm glad I went and experienced it but I won't be back. The only plus was that the fireworks show was great! read more

This is such a small stadium. It has 2 bleacher sections and one small area for seats. It was really pitiful. The food and drinks were very cheaply priced, so that was a plus. The shark mascot just has a head on a person, which made it creepier than it already was. They did provide some quick games/entertainment between innings. The game itself was actually good. It went into the 11th inning! Lastly, the fireworks were much better than expected! Overall, I went once, and I'm good if I don't go again. read more

The game was extremely slow. To many huddle times among the players. Nothing really for audience participation ! Should / could add t- shirt give away via cannon shoot or have the mascot ride in in a zip line ..... bicycles doing wheelies in outter field or something .... Disappointed with being a native of Wilmington and the first game attended after telling 5 others it would be fun ......Having the minimal children race and few other items just wasn't enough for audiences to enjoy ..... Step it up Sharks and offer something for the down times of the game ... for the entertainment when you aren't winning ...... give some thought to your need to have people come back and support your team read more

Great time watching the college players play baseball. The stadium is cozy and comfortable. $6 to get in and $2 beers!!! Sharky the mascot is fun and entertaining. There are a few contests/freebies for the kids too. Reminds me of what going to a baseball game was all about before the multi-million dollar contracts. read more

Atmosphere is awesome!!! Great park with great fans! Fun time ... easy to get tickets ... great ballpark food. Beer garden is a fun place to watch the game with $2 beers. It's fun watching college kids playing their hearts out. It's baseball in it's purest form. Good place to spend a summer night. read more
