Came in low in a neighborhood of that continues to appreciate. Appraisal process was very rushed and appraiser lacked many of the basic tools that other companies utilize (with 7 homes bought and sold in my adult life, so I'm familiar with what most appraisers use). She only brought a measuring tape and camera. Much of the information in appraisal report was either incorrect or incomplete and was not nearly as professional looking as other local companies. Her incorrect assessment of our property has created more headaches for us and the saddest part is that we still had to pay for this. My advice would be to hire a different company if you need a true and correct appraisal. read more
