We have since learned not only was there enough wire but he just did not want to do it. I wish I had his name because now I wonder if he even knew how. I will never recommend this company and hope if I have future requirements that they are not the ones. The company may be good but that tech was not. only 1 star from me because the is forcing it but the tech represents the company while in the field.

They both…read morerecommended the 26KW generator, but Generator Supercenter of Virginia (Richmond, Va) had the best plan calling for 2 220 amp automatic transfer switches instead of 1 300 amp automatic transfer switch-which would have required one of our AC units to be moved (at considerable expense) In addition, a cellular Gen monitor was included in the package! On the day of install, the crew (James Ricketts, Gavin Clark, and Jodi Tignor) worked very efficiently, competently, cheerfully and answered all my questions without making me feel ignorant/stupid. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, professionalism and the tidiness of the installation. Most importantly, The WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) was very high!

The lady who scheduled it explained that if he couldn't fix it, they'd send a supervisor. We were very clear when scheduling it was a solar powered generator. Instead of sending a supervisor, they referred me to their competition. Not even kidding. Still charged a trip fee explaining we didn't know our own product (although generac is literally written all over each component). The competition they suggested was helpful at least. No one could give me a reasonable answer as to why the crawl space encapsulation wasn't working and mold kept growing . About the time we were going to sign the fourth contract to have work done , a family member had to step in for us . I was having headaches that were 24 hours a day . Vertigo so bad I had to stop driving . My husband was becoming confused and could not concentrate . The relative was standing on the crawl space encapsulation membrane because the floors and under flooring had been removed when a sun ray shone on his boot . He and two JES employees got on there needs and followed the beam of light . It lead to the door of the encapsulation .It was inches too short . Moisture was getting in as well as mice . This meant the dehumidifier was working hard to keep up with the moisture that was getting under the house . Mold was everywhere. The joists they were sistering to had mold all on them . We discovered the three contracts we already had were not consistent in pricing . Each contract was higher prices . Our relative had them gut all the work they had been doing out because it was ALL done wrong . They finally did the work correctly. Then I discovered they had dropped the second building permit and never had their work inspectEd through the county . I had to email the county and request one . I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

Michael provided photos of our crawl space and the current venting. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. He explained that the $129. Fee would be deducted from our fees if we had the work done with them. We decided to replace the old line and reroute it for fire safety. Michael came out did the work. He was courteous and friendly explaining what he was doing. This company had excellent communication each step of the way. The work was done as contracted and we are extremely pleased with the result. I highly recommend them. They do HVAC cleanings, dryer vent cleaning and more.
