Price is good, van was beautifully clean inside and out ready for my use, and it was all explained to me. Had a good time driving the SWB Trafic - very fuel efficient - and upon return they were kind & understanding about the slight carnage I had inflicted upon the front bumper. Would recommend & use again, hopefully not obliterate any wheelie bins next time. Reverse gear is much better for backing up than first is.

Awful service - booked a taxi last night for 5.45 this morning and it never turned up and they…read moredidn't answer the phone. This resulted us in standing outside in 1 degree weather and not being able to get a taxi from a different service for 45 minutes. This meant we were so late to the airport that we missed our flight and had to pay £162 each to get a new flight home. This is totally unacceptable and completely unreliable- I do not recommend them at all.

They charge too much yet they think the world owes them a living. I haven't used this companiy for a long time and nothing they've done (or said in the press) would change that. They need to smarten up their act and become a professional body. They even recently suggested they should be treated like public transport - don't make me laugh!
