He always reminds me about getting my prescriptions from the doctor, and he carries out his work with great professionalism. Vipna always greets customers with a smile, takes the time to listen, and goes out of his way to help people with their prescriptions. In my eyes, he is one of the most important people in that pharmacy, alongside Mr. Joshi. They certainly recognise their locals and you'll see the street come on in and have a chat with the grumpy and slow staff. It's totally rammed with all kinds of products that you'd find in any other chemist, as well as loads of organic goodies for the lar-dee-dar ladies and gents of the area. Apparently organic baby food is all the rage at the moment. The Pharmacist himself is lovely and always kind and helpful if you have the sniffles and need something to make you feel better. I think this is why I like the place, a community shop. Wonderful when London can be so big and so lonely!
