I've ordered from here numerous times, and typically the food is very good quality. Their buffet is small, but the quality is a lot better than those bigger chain Chinese restaurants. My only problem with this place and my reason for rating Win Fortune with 2 stars is because of the service. When ordering delivery recently I was told the food would arrive in 45 minutes. It was late by more than a half hour and when calling them they told us they didn't know where the delivery driver was. When we called back again because the food still hadn't arrived, they told us the delivery driver was at the opposite end of town. When we finally received our food, our soups are barely warm, and the dried noodles were overcooked and a bit burnt. We were so hungry at that point, we didn't want to return the food. Instead, we called back, politely explained our situation to the same girl we'd been talking to all the other times we'd called and asked if there was something they could do. We're regular customers, and just wanted maybe a few dollars off for next time or a free side meal. After all, the food we paid for wasn't cheap and wasn't really what we were used to with them. The girl we spoke to was very nice, she made a note of it and said there was no problem. Well, 15 minutes later a manager from the restaurant called us back, and asked us what we were complaining about. Was it the food? Was it not the right order? Did it not taste good? We explained that it was cold and over a half hour late. The manager told us that we were the ones wrong, that they told us it would take a while. If that's true-which it was not- then why then was our food still cold? She made the excuse that it was because it was -20C out. However, it's at most a 10 minute drive. The manager essentially berated us for wasting her time and told us we weren't getting any money back or any deal and didn't apologize for anything.
We were regular customers here, but the attitude this manager had, calling us back up after everything and getting after us as though we were trying to swindle her out of some money or something. I don't think we'll be ordering from here again. That's not how you deal with customers. read more
