    I am not a car person by any means, so when I noticed my headlights weren't turning on, I low key freaked out cause I've had some uncomfortable situations at auto stores. I asked my brother for help and he referred me to Winchester Auto Parts cause "those guys know what they're talking about". He also suggested I take pictures to show them. I went in and showed Ismael the picture and what I was there for. He and John were really nice and professional. It was a quick trip. Then came time to replace the bulbs. I saw a video on YouTube that made it seem pretty easy, but I was still nervous. Jose came out and offered to help. He also shared his knowledge to not touch the bulb due to the oils on our hands and the temperature of the bulbs. Thank you Winchester Auto Parts and Jose, Ismael, and John for your kindness and help! Hopefully I won't have to see y'all anytime soon, but I know I'll be in good hands when I do.

Note, I have not replaced the battery since 2015 when I bought the car (as brand new). We went to this store on Tully. Shout outs to "Tien". He helped me with the process all throughout. He took his time to help me and educated me on how to replace the battery while he was doing it. I actually learned a lot from him. I was amazed how busy the place may be but he made sure everything was ok on my end. He also advised me to have the alternator checked at a different branch just to make sure everything is alright. Because the device to check the alternator was not available at the tully branch. I appreciate how he went the extra mile and went over and beyond our expectations. Please look for "Tien" to assist you. He sure impressed me with his customer service skills.

The employees that work there are knowledgeable about auto parts of the products at O'Reilly offers. I like the way that they don't hassle you if you need to put oil in your car in the parking lot. That's always a plus. Sometimes I've bought a lot of auto related things at the store. The clerks are always nice enough to carry it out for me. I think that's really good. It's that special touch that makes this O'Reilly store a wonderful place to go to get what you need for your car. If you decide to try it out that would be a great thing. AFTER EXPLAINING TO HER THE PACKAGE WAS NOT MARKED WITH THE VOLTAGE SHE INSTANTLY STARTS CRASHING OUT Raising her voice that she's dont have enough people .Can't have it both ways time to help someone but then when you cant answer there question drop the customer and blame your lack of problem solving and poor customer service skills on being undestaffed.From being a manager in sales and the customer service field I am appalled as such treatment from something that should have been so simple I came in with the product on my phone how much easier could I have made it..Any ways I would just consider giving her some time off she's seems burnt and her motivation to help customers seems like it aint there ..Maybe a vacation a battery reset ..On a fair note we are entitled to have a bad day maybe she's had a bad month..Little customer service retraining and proper staffing would go along way..She was pointing to her name tag hard I am the manager her words exactly to me with authority..Then there is only one person to blame for not enough help.I will give you once guess it starts with a G I won't name names..Worst treatment ever felt like I needed to take a bath after dealing with her.
