I purchased a property listed by this broker and after vigilant digging for information, I found that the listing agent concealed an engineers report regarding the foundation of my house. While it wasn't a "requirement" to provide the report, holding it back was severely unethical. If I had seen that report, I could have chosen a different property, reduced my offer, or at the very least, I could have had the repairs done before I moved in. Instead I am living in a home that is literally splitting in half. The proper repair is over $28,000!I will never do business with this company again. There is absolutely no excuse for this. read more

Wind River Realty sold the rental property we were living in at the time. While we were able to move into a new place, they allowed the new owners to access the property before our move-out period had ended. As a result, the new owners removed many of our belongings without our consent. I lost irreplaceable items, including belongings of my deceased mother and some of our furniture. They also attempted to take my husband's military knife collection, which we thankfully managed to recover. However, they threw out my Charter Communications equipment, leaving me with an unpaid bill that has now damaged my credit. Despite this, Wind River Realty has refused to take responsibility or cover the costs. This experience has been deeply upsetting, and it's clear that this company prioritizes their own interests over the well-being of their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I am the Broker/Owner of Wind River Realty, having joined the company in 2003 and recently purchased the business; I am familiar with the area as alumni of Leadership Fremont County. My husband, a lifelong resident of Riverton, and I both enjoy living in this community and look forward to raising our daughter in Fremont County. It is my goal to integrate old-fashioned honesty and integrity with 21st century technology and productivity to meet the needs of my clientele. Residential properties are my specialty; however I can help you with any of your real estate needs. I am a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designee and a Graduate of Realtor Institute. I also have extensive training using the web and I am E-Pro certified. I participate in a variety of continuing education classes in real estate to better serve my clients.
