Frank did a wonderful job replacing an old window. Good price and service. We are very pleased and will use Window Express again.

Luke's was one company we called. Marshall Holmes quoted us (he beat all other quotes), and repaired a few "emergency" panels immediately and returned soon after to repair the rest. He arrived both times when he said he would, no waiting around for him to show. He did amazing work and you can tell by sight and touch that the screens are higher quality and expertly installed. The screens are warranted to last 15 years, and Marshall stands behind his installation work. And he is such a nice guy! We absolutely recommend Luke's...and be sure to ask for Marshall Holmes.

Unprofessional communication, poor scheduling, and evasive behavior…read more Noal from Luke's Porch & Window Screen Repair came out on August 11, 2026, to give us an estimate for replacing our back porch screens. We agreed on a plan utilizing SunTex materials. He explicitly stated that if the material was in stock, he would perform the installation on August 20, 202, but would let us know. Agreement was sent via email. As the date approached, I received zero communication or confirmation from the company. On August 18, just three days before the scheduled job, I proactively reached out to ask if he was still coming. Only then did Noal inform me that the material was out of stock and ordering it could take up to six weeks. It was highly disappointing that they waited until I initiated contact to check their inventory or notify me of a month-long delay. The situation became more concerning over the next 24 hours. The day before the job was supposed to happen, Noal texted stating he might have found a single roll of material to do the job after all. Because of the back-and-forth, I asked him some question and to clarify the name of the secondary screening product we had discussed. When I looked up the product name he gave me, it was completely unlisted on their company website. When I questioned why the product wasn't on their official site, he claimed the website simply hadn't been updated. However, immediately after being challenged on the product's validity, he abruptly texted telling us it would be best if we "used another company" and canceled the job entirely. Asking a business for standard product verification and scheduling updates should never result in an unprofessional, defensive cancellation. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect transparency, reliability, and clear communication for your home projects when dealing with Noal. Disappointed, as I expected better from the reviews!
