I had them clean our windows on a new home. A few of the windows had concrete overspray on the glass. We were told that the glass would need to be replaced. That is not true as there are ways to remove the concrete. I cleaned one up myself with a razor and contracted with another window company to fix the job. Also, what dirt wasn't removed by a few swipes from the cleaning pad was left on the glass. Also, some windows had streaks and haze. Sorry guys, they should have done better. read more

Just used window genie for the 1st time. There estimate was almost $200 off from the invoice. The employees ripped 1 screen, broke 1 lock, 1 spring clip from the screen, installed 2 screens inside out and caused a disaster in 2 of my bathrooms by wiping down the screens in the bathrooms and not cleaning it up. Not to mention I had to remind the guy 2x that he didn't remove the screens or clean the window in one bedroom suite with a bathroom. When I called to discuss the estimate the lady tried explaining why it was almost $200 difference and nothing made sense so I asked to speak to the owner. I was told he wasn't there and she would have him call me back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Called again on Monday and no one answered (looks like they were screening calls) because I hung up and called with my house number and they picked up right away but was told he would call me back. When Daniel finally called back he had an attitude, told me that the estimate was more than last time because I had different service (REMINDER: THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME USING THEM) so it was impossible to have had a different service from the last that clearly doesn't exist. He told me his guys have never broken anything in the life of his business. (I find that hard to believe) He didn't take accountability for anything. If there's anything I can't stand is people/businesses taking advantage of others, twisting things and not taking accountability. I will NEVER do business with them again! Two technicians came to wash windows inside and out. The tech who did the outside missed many areas but when I told the owner Daniel he came the next day with two other techs and they washed all outside windows again and now they are really clean and clear.
