I was referred here by my dad who has used their service multiple times over the 20+ years of living in Murrieta. Came first thing in the morning after getting a crack from a rock on the freeway the previous day. My husband and I were greeted by Olivia who checked the crack and gave me an estimated time of how long it would take and how much it would cost. We were expecting to pay out of pocket, but she informed us that it could be covered by insurance and was very helpful with the process. I had a decent size crack and thought for sure I would have to replace my windshield but Olivia fixed it and it looks good as new and provided amazing customer service! Don't expect a flashy storefront location because you won't get it. What you will get is great service done in a timely manner. I almost didn't consider them since they don't come to you but am so glad I decided to. I was worried about the crack in my front windshield as it was spreading rapidly. It was addressed and I was given an honest answer which include some hesitation due to the quickness of the spreading. It has been a couple of weeks since the repair and everything looks good... This was a great experience. Went to some other shops who assured me that buying a new windshield was the only option. I have had three windshields repaired by Olivia,the owner, in the past. She has always done an outstanding job repairing the cracks so they are hardly visible.I recently picked up a large rock that cracked my motorhome windshield. I was looking at a new windshield at a cost of over $2,000. She repaired the impact point so it almost disappeared and treated the large crack with the resin to prevent it from getting larger. Being the crack is not in the line of sight while driving, this repair saved me the cost of a replacement windshield. I would recommend anyone have their windshield repaired here. read more

Wonderful, friendly service. I had two major cracks in my windshield and after it was repaired I can barely see where it happened and have to point it out for anyone to notice. Insurance is accepted but the flat rate was reasonable as well. They also can repair long cracks through the windshield and saw one before and after while I was waiting for mine and I could not even see where the long crack was after. Great service, friendly woman fixed my windshield crack. It only took about 45 minutes. I had a few scratches, one was a larger one which she said she would charge $40 for, and the others where the rock had scraped were very small, and she said she could do those for free. I took a walk and came back in an hour--she said there was no charge, as my car had previously been cracked in the same exact spot (I bought it used). Since she couldn't give me a warranty for the repair, she did the labor for free. Now that is really quite something in my opinion. She was out there working on my car in 100 degree weather for an hour, and didn't charge me a dime. She didn't have to tell me that my car had previously been cracked there, and she most certainly didn't have to do that labor for free. Great customer service.
