Worst experience. Having to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then having a rude receptionist talk down to me and raise her voice at me too. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, her voice became even more so loud and irritated that I able for management. Unfortunately , I didn't get to speak with management and just hung up! Terrible customer service! I called to ask for an extra trash pick up and the person that answered could not help me, only stated that "I am just here to take a message and have someone get back to you within 24 hours". It was during regular business hours when I called. Her attitude was horrible and she seemed annoyed that she had to take a message. The next day a girl called me back as was equally rude. She gave me the option of 1.) having my trash can picked up, anytime from the time of the call to 6pm the following day for 16.95 or 2.) leaving 32 gallon trash bags on my regular trash day for 16.95/bag. I attempted to clarify the cost because 16.95 for an entire trash can and 16.95/bag seemed like an unreasonable price difference. She very rudely said to me "listen, do you want to schedule an extra trash pick up or not?". One would think that for a company with such a bad public image, they could offer better customer service! read more

I have called four times and waited from 30 minutes up to 45 minutes each time to get through. There is no excuse for the length of time I am forced to wait to let them know that they cashed a check and claim they haven't. They have a monopoly on garbage collection, so what else can I do but write this terrible review. Hey Rattos, hire more people to answer the phones! As I write this I am listening once again to your music- I am sick of it! Oh, I finally got a person by calling the dumpster division instead of waiting for the residential division. Person said they would take my name and look up my account....yep, you guessed it, disconnected. I will not call again.
