We've used them before for Boo's wedding in NOLA 2 years ago. The advantage to using Al's is they have locations everywhere. You can designate where you want to pick it up and you can drop it off at any location, anywhere. Sarah was helpful and experienced. I needed the knowledge. I went by my bouy's Lonnie's and he was closed. Just as well with where I'm picking it up and dropping it off.

Not only was the owner extremely rude, but she came up with every excuse while constantly over talking me as I asked questions. She told me she would call and check status and call me back with info. When she did call me back, very unprofessionally said it would be three days (so it would arrive the following Monday. This would be 8 days after purchasing. Also, if she had already ordered it like she said, and it takes three days, why would I need to wait another 3 days if she wasn't lying?! Also, take note, the shoes they sell look just like worn, used outdated relics. The owner has one thing on her mind, and that's your money. No wonder they only offer in-store credit, otherwise I would have bought anywhere but there.
