The worst thing about Chicago? The winds. Or...? Located in the Westland mall, we didn't have any customer service issues here but the main issue was that Barbie didn't find anything she really wanted to buy. It's a nice store - don't get me wrong - and there are some pretty cool things in here although they're a little bit on the classy and expensive side. She just didn't find anything she really wanted. Windsor - All we are is dust in the Windsor - Accessories Near Me - Westland, Michigan

The employees at this location are very unskilled with customer interaction. They cannot answer basic questions and make you feel very judged for asking simple things. They are very rude and radiate high school mean girl energy. I would 100% not recommend this specific location specifically because of the terrible energy of their staff. read more

I honestly just created an account so I can write an awesome review of the experience I had yesterday at Windsor in Westland. I had a dress on hold and asked Dafula (I do not know how to spell her name) for help and she was perfectly awesome! :) I was asking her so many questions about finding a certain dress in a XL and she went out of her way to look for that dress. She ended up looking if other stores have the dress and even checking on the windsor website for me! She was so calm/patient and really made me feel comfortable asking her a million questions! I even stated to the store manager how great Dafula was but I feel like a good Yelp review is deserved for her! Even though I did not end up finding that dress, I was still happy walking out because of that welcoming experience and will definitely be back again! :) read more

Though the mall has seen better days, as soon as you walk in the doors of Windsor you were greeted by smiling faces with upbeat attitudes and you suddenly forget where you are. Every time I have an event I go to this location specifically because I know with my picky attitude I always find myself indecisive or lost. If I can't find what I'm looking for, I can rely on the staff to pick my brain to find something so I am always leaving with a bag in hand. They make sure I leave with an outfit that looks good and that I'm confident with. People mainly write reviews to point out the bad and make jabs at a business but I wanted to make sure I came on here to acknowledge how great the ladies at Windsor in Westland Mall are! I have been in there on many occasions that I have witnessed upset customers but I can honestly say the worst the mall is getting, the worst the clientele. It almost makes me not want to visit this mall. I was in this location once and over heard a customer get very angry with the employee because they didn't have a shoe in their size...the customer raised her voice and the employee kept a smile on her face and apologized and still offered to help customer find something similar. Hats off to these girls to staying positive and dealing with these next to impossible customers and still managing to keep a smile on their faces. They truly deserve the recognition. read more

I walk in and out if I ever make the mistake of coming to this location. Don't get me wrong, all of their locations have stuck up, speechless staff on payroll. Whenever I go to Windsor no one speaks or offers to help me. Hmmm I wonder why. Could it be that I just got off of work so I'm not all glammed up? Could it be that maybe once I've had my son with me? So maybe they assume I won't buy anything and I'm only there to make a messy and try clothes on. One location even hawked me down to the fitting room to retain the clothes I was gonna purchase and did purchase for my birthday. I'll do my shopping online for now on. I have actually really liked this store in past experiences. But today I went to return a sweater I purchased 2 days earlier. I had the receipt with me. I was greeted with a nasty attitude of "you got a return" no hello, how are you nothing. Ok! After that the girl said put your debit card in. I told her I don not have it with me I'll just take cash back. She rudely said we don't do that. Then the other girl chimes in we don't do that. Not once was I offered an exchange, a store credit , nothing. Glad I drove 20 minutes to the mall for a rude attitude and nothing to accommodate me returning or exchanging a sweater. So I'll keep the sweater but I defiantly will not be shopping at that location again. I also work in customer service and I would never treat someone so rudely as these girls were. Clearly you need training on how to treat people and just be nice. Oh and the one girl was the manager. Quality staff you have working at the Westland location. Beyond disgusted with the treatment I received today. read more
